List trends that will impact the school district in the next 10 years: accountability,
funding, community, human resources, technology, world affairs, employment in area,
student population, curriculum, leadership, safety issues and board leadership.

3. Improve and develop a positive and cooperative learning environment for our
school district.
4. Provide financial resources to adequately fund our educational programs.
