RICHWOOD TOWNSHIP
NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Richwood Township, County of Becker, State of Minnesota, that the Annual Election of Town Officers and Annual Town Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 14, 2006, at the Richwood Town Hall.
The Annual Meeting will begin at 4:00 p.m. to conduct all necessary business prescribed by law.

The Election Polls will be open from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at which time the voters will elect:
One Supervisor -- 3 year term
One Township Clerk -- 2 year term
The Board of Canvass will meet to canvass the votes cast and declare the results of the March 8 election immediately following the closing of the polls at 8:00 p.m.
In case of inclement weather, the Election, Annual Meeting, and Board of Canvass will be held on March 21, 2006.
