A Cenex Convenience store was robbed early Tuesday, according to the Becker County Sheriff's Office.
On Tuesday, May 25, at 12:58 a.m., the Becker County Sheriff's Office received a report of a robbery at the Orton's Cenex Convenience Store in Audubon. The suspect entered the store, nearly fully concealed, and passed a note to a store clerk demanding cash.

The suspect also told the two clerks working at the time that he had a gun; however, no firearm was seen during the robbery and both clerks were unharmed, according to a sheriff's office media release.
After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash and cigarettes, the suspect left the store on foot.

Becker County Sheriff's Deputies attempted to use a dog to track the suspect, but the man was not located.
The robbery suspect is described as a 6-foot, 200 pound, white male.

The Audubon Police Department and the Becker County Sheriff's Office are investigating the robbery.
