Semi falls on side in ditch

A semi truck and trailer hauling a load of corn skidded on Highway 59 South, heading north Friday morning dumping the load of corn into the ditch. Officers were on the scene shoveling corn out of the truck in order for DL Towing to use three wreckers to get the truck off its side and out of the ditch. Traffic was diverted around the scene on the L&M Fleet service road. (Pippi Mayfield/Record)
