A Lake Park man will appear Monday in Becker County District Court on a felony charge of interference with privacy.

Bradley James Steinbach, 40, of 7001 14th St. N., Lake Park, is accused of taking video of a minor child while she was exiting the shower on Sept. 25.

According to the complaint filed by the girl's mother, with whom Steinbach had been living at the time, the teenage girl had found a cell phone camera hidden among some loose towels lying on the floor of the bathroom after she was finished taking her shower.

Footage taken from the cell phone camera reportedly showed Steinbach entering the bathroom while the girl was in the shower and positioning the recording device in such a way that it would take video of her exiting the shower.

Steinbach has been released on $10,000 bail pending his Monday court appearance.
