The Lakes Crisis and Resource Center announces the kickoff of a raffle drawing that will award the grand prize -- a 2010 Chevy Silverado pickup truck -- to a lucky winner. Five other cash prizes of $1,000, $700, $500, $350 and $250 are included in the drawing.
