Frazee Arts & Cultural Travelers are going to New York City Feb. 23-27, and community members are invited to travel with as participants, not as chaperones.
The cost from Minneapolis to New York and back is $2,320 for 3-4 person room, $2,465 for 2 person room and $2,942 for a private room.
Final deadline to register is Oct. 12.
Included in the cost of the trip are roundtrip airfare via United Airlines, coach bus transportation to and from the airport, subway transportation within the city, five days/four nights accommodations at the boutique Ameritania Hotel located in Times Square, four breakfasts, five lunches, four dinners, seats to two Broadway shows and one Off-Broadway show of choice, entrance to the Top of the Rock’s observation deck, entrance and tour of the historic Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, backstage tour of the Apollo Theater, entrance and tour of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, entrance and tour of St. John the Divine, entrance and tour of the 911 Memorial Museum, tour of the High Line Park, backstage tour of NBC Studios or Radio City Music Hall and a tour guide at your disposal who will transfer you between attractions and guide you through unique areas such as Times Square, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, Grand Central Terminal, Coney Island, Harlem, the Financial District, Ground Zero, SoHo and Chinatown.
What isn’t included are a gratuity for the tour guide, money for any extra events that are not listed above under attractions that you may want to do during your free time, meals and snacks that are on your own and amenities at the hotel.
