The Feb.7 membership meeting of Tri-State Manufacturers' Association will feature a pre-meeting seminar on customer service. Carol Meehan, Program Director at NDSCS, will lead the seminar from 4 - 5 p.m. in the upstairs meeting room at Prante's Fine Dining, Wahpeton.
Attendees will learn key moments of truth in customer interaction, a plan for success in delivering the five service qualities that customers expect, and how and when to make human connections with customers.
The Tri-State Mfg. Association dinner and meeting will follow at Prante's. Social hour; 5:00 p.m., dinner; 5:45 p.m. and a business meeting featuring discussion amongst the association's four standing committees.
Tri-State Manufacturers' Association is a membership-based organization serving manufacturers and industries in west central Minnesota and eastern North and South Dakota.
