Two people were injured in a one-car rollover on Highway 10 west of Audubon on Friday.
According to the State Patrol, a 2008 Toyota Camry was westbound on Highway 10 about 5:30 p.m. when it caught the edge of the road and the driver lost control. The Toyota went into the ditch just prior to a crossover, down the other side, and then hit an embankment of rocks -- causing the vehicle to catch air for 15-20 yards and land again in the ditch.
Two passengers suffered non-life-threatening injuries: Jean Marie Anderson, 85, and Kevin Joel Anderson, 63, both of Ottertail village. Both were taken to Essentia Health St. Mary’s hospital in Detroit Lakes.
The driver, Erwin Joel Anderson, 85, of Phoenix was not injured, according to the State Patrol.
The two older people were wearing seatbelts, it’s not known if the younger man was belted. The airbags did not deploy in the Toyota, according to the State Patrol
