Robert David Dobbelaere, 32, of 505 Heartland St., Park Rapids and Derek Wayne Greenfeather, 25, of 18894 Estate Drive, Park Rapids appeared in Hubbard County District Court Feb. 4.
Both men are charged with receiving stolen property.
According to court records, at 1:50 p.m. Jan. 29, a deputy from the Hubbard County Sheriff's Office assisted an investigator from Becker County in executing a search warrant at Dobbelaere's residence.
Greenfeather was at the apartment along with a minor child. The law enforcement officers located a stolen computer, listed by serial number on the search warrant. The complaint states Greenfeather had told Dobbelaere the computer was stolen. Greenfeather also provided information to the officers and a second stolen computer, also listed on the warrant by serial number, was recovered from a purchaser of that computer.
They appeared before District Judge Paul Rasmussen. Maximum penalty for the felony offense is five years in jail and a $10,000 fine.
