MAHNOMEN - White Earth Tribal Council Chairwoman Erma J. Vizenor will give the State of the Nation address here at 11 a.m. today in the Shooting Star Casino Event Center.
The event is open to the public. More than 40 White Earth program exhibits will be on display from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Lunch will be served after the address.
