A Ponsford woman made her initial court appearance in Becker County Court on two felony charges of fifth-degree drugs.

Kristine Ruth Warren, 31, was arrested Dec. 9 after White Earth Police received a report of a runaway minor thought to be at Warren’s residence.

According to the report filed with Becker County District Court, when authorities arrived at the residence, Warren told police the minor was not there, but said they could search the place.

In one bedroom police reportedly found baggies of meth laying on the bed, light bulbs with traces of meth, a glass pipe with a green leafy substance and a purse with Warren’s identification in it that contained pills that were a controlled substance.

Warren also had an active warrant out for her arrest when she was taken into custody.
