Waubun/Ogema/White Earth School officials, along with the Mahnomen County Sheriff's Department, developed a person of interest in Tuesday's bomb threat that resulted in the high school being evacuated.
According to a press release from the sheriff's office, a 15-year-old student of the district was interviewed and subsequently made admissions to the threat.
He is currently receiving a mental health evaluation, after which a decision will be made on his custodial status.
Reports will be forwarded to the Mahnomen County Attorney's Office for consideration of charges, if any.
