Carol Winskowski of Jack Chivers Realty, has recently been awarded the designation of certified residential specialist, or CRS, from the National Association of Realtors.
To be an accredited residential specialist, Winskowski had to successfully complete a series of courses dealing with real estate ethics, latest realtor technologies and maximizing profits and minimizing costs when buying and selling a home.
Winskowski has been with Jack Chivers Realty since 2001, and also has the designations of accredited buyers representative, or ABR; graduate realtor institute, or GRI; and is an accredited staging professional, or ASP.
She is also a member of the Lakes Country Association of Realtors in Detroit Lakes and a multi-million-dollar producer for 2006.
