A Frazee woman will make her next appearance Oct. 6 in Becker County District Court on a felony drug possession charge.
Sherry Ann Bunnis, 36, of 15082 400th Ave., Frazee, is facing one felony count of fifth degree possession of a controlled substance and a gross misdemeanor count of driving after license cancellation.
The charges stem from a Sept. 2 incident in which agents of the West Central Minnesota Drug Task Force observed Bunnis behind the wheel of a car, knowing that her driving privileges had been cancelled.
They stopped the vehicle and arrested her for driving after cancellation. During a search of the vehicle, they found a glass pipe containing a white residue and a small ziplock back containing a white crystal substance and a plastic straw; the substance later tested positive as methamphetamine.
