Toni Jore-McPhaal, no date of birth available, of Fargo has been charged in Becker County District Court with felony issuance of a bad check.
The charge stems from a May 29 incident, in which a boat, motor and trailer were purchased from a private owner for $1,000. The check bounced and has never been made good, according to court records.
Jore-McPhaal appeared Oct. 16 before Judge Jack Pearson, who set no bail under standard conditions and set the next court appearance for Nov. 6.
