Rhonda Marie Lopez, 49, of 28170 477th Ave., Ponsford, has been charged in Becker County District Court with felony first-degree burglary -- assault.
She was allegedly among a group of people that broke into a sleeping woman's house in Ponsford March 18 and assaulted her. The victim was treated at a Park Rapids hospital.
Lopez allegedly punched the woman, according to court records. A warrant was issued for her arrest.
