Teresa Marie Dakota, 29, of Box 528, White Earth has been charged in Becker County District Court with felony theft of property.
According to court records, she allegedly stole over $1,000 in video game equipment from a man in early December, after he had given her permission to use the equipment at his home while he was away. He came home to find it gone, and one item turned up at a pawn shop, allegedly pawned by Dakota.
On Friday, District Judge Joe Evans issued a summons for her to appear in court on Jan. 26.
