A Ponsford woman had her first appearance on three charges in Becker County District Court Friday.

District Judge Thomas Schroeder set bond at $14,000 against Tanya Eischens, 30, of 29075 County Road 129. Her next court appearance is May 1.

Eischens is charged with one count each of felony first-degree driving while impaired-.08 or more, felony first-degree DWI and gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation.

Eischens was stopped Friday while driving near Osage for speeding, according to the court complaint. She allegedly tested .14 for alcohol.

Each felony charge carries a maximum penalty for seven years in prison and a $14,000 fine.
