The University of Minnesota Extension Service is hosting a youth workshop in Moorhead May 9.
The program is geared toward community leaders and others concerned with children and youth issues.
The workshop presenters are Dr. Mary Marczak, director of Research and Evaluation at the Center of 4-H Youth Devleopment, and Deborah Moore, associate director of the Minnesota Youth Work Institute at the center.
The deadline to register is May 2. The session is 10 a.m.-2 p.m. There is a pre-registration fee of $25, or $40 at the door. It will be held at the University of Minnesota Extension Service office in Moorhead, 715 11th Street North, Suite 107C.
