White Earth Tribal Health will be hosting COVID-19 vaccination clinics all week from Monday, March 22, to Friday, March 26. Any tribal member, including descendants of other tribes, and residents of Becker, Clearwater, Norman and Polk Counties over the age of 18 are eligible to receive the vaccine.

White Earth Tribal Health will be hosting COVID-19 mass vaccination clinics from Monday, March 22, to Friday, March 26, open to all members, and residents of neighboring counties over age 18.

This week marks the first time White Earth Tribal Health has opened their vaccination sites for multiple days to anyone over 18 years old who wants to receive their first, or second, dose and also lives in one of four neighboring counties.

Vaccination sites are:

  • White Earth Tribal Health Building: Mon. - Fri., 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Old Shopko Building in Mahnomen: Wed. - Thurs., 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Pine Point Community Center: Thursday, 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

To receive the vaccine, individuals must be over the age of 18, and:

  • Live, work, or own property on the White Earth Reservation.
  • be an enrolled tribal member, or descendent of any tribe.
  • have family members in the same household of a tribal member, or descendants of a member.
  • be a resident of Becker, Clearwater, Norman or Polk County

No pre-registration is required to receive the vaccine. Residents are encouraged to bring their IDs and insurance cards to the sites, but having health insurance is not required to receive a vaccination.

If you are feeling sick, are in quarantine due to exposure to the virus, received treatment for COVID-19 in the last 90 days, or received another vaccine in the last 14 days, White Earth Tribal Health recommends those individuals wait to be vaccinated and not come to the site.
