No street parking: Snow removal on these streets starts at midnight tonight in Detroit Lakes

The streets will be marked with no parking signs and all vehicles must be moved off the streets prior to 12:01 a.m. or they will be towed. Roll-up should be completed by 9 a.m.

The City of Detroit Lakes will be doing snow roll-up on the following streets starting at 12:01 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 9:

  • Front Street from Washington Avenue to Summit Avenue.
  • State Street from Lake Avenue to Summit Avenue.
  • Washington Avenue from Frazee Street to Legion Road.
  • Summit Avenue from Holmes Street to Highway 10.
  • Around the Community Center – All four sides.

The streets will be marked with no parking signs and all vehicles must be moved off the streets prior to 12:01 a.m. or they will be towed. Roll-up should be completed by 9 a.m.
