Waubun man accused of selling heroin
Dylan Francis Warren, 29, of Waubun has been charged in Becker County District Court with felony first-degree controlled substance crime.
According to court records, officers with the Paul Bunyan Task Force and the West Central Minnesota Drug and Violent Crime Task Force conducted an investigation into heroin being sold on the White Earth Reservation. The investigation used confidential reliable informants to buy heroin.
Between Jan. 1 and Feb. 21, Warren allegedly sold more than 10 grams of heroin to confidential reliable informants. The transactions were monitored by task force officers and took place in Becker County.
Warren appeared Feb. 22 before District Judge Mark Hansen, who set bail at $5,000 or bond at $50,000, with conditions, or bond at $75,000 without standard conditions of release.
