On Jan. 20, 2009, Mitch McConnell, Kevin McCarthy, Paul Ryan, Newt Gingrich, Dick Armey and others initiated the undermining of our ‘shared’ democracy. The far right modern KKK ‘Tea Party’ was created to divide and distract us, grifting millions for personal use, homes, etc. The Citizens United dark money, at the bidding of the Federalist Society, pursued their Ayn Randian economic and cultural supremacy.
The fair, free and legitimate election of Joe Biden with 80 million votes, established a clear mandate to begin a renaissance of our beautiful and unique democracy. A 21st century reconstruction is in the offing. The fundamentalist grifters, birthers, carpetbaggers and conspiracy bent, anti-science quacks have been fully exposed but continue the grift.
Since the Civil and Voting Rights Acts became law the Southern Strategy on steroids has been the tool delivered by morally bankrupt talking heads. Trump’s cult of personality is beyond Putin’s wildest dreams! Today, moral corruption has destroyed two conservative organizations: the Boy Scouts of America, with over 60,000 claims of sexual abuse; and the National Rifle Association’s leadership, bankrupting through self-dealing, greed and gross financial mismanagement, tens of millions of membership dollars to pursue a mutual perversion of sexual and financial selfishness. Where is the outrage?
