Rock & Roll Christmas plays to sold-out Holmes audience

Detroit Lakes' Historic Holmes Theatre closed out its Christmas concert season Thursday night with a sold-out performance of Rock & Roll Christmas. The show has been a holiday staple in Detroit Lakes for more than a decade, though last year's event was virtual-only.

The Rock & Roll Christmas show closed out the Historic Holmes Theatre's holiday concert season Thursday night, with the talented cast of musicians, singers — and occasionally, comedians — delivering more than two hours of songs fusing the best of Led Zeppelin, Fleetwood Mac, Steely Dan and the Rolling Stones with Christmas carols and holiday pop songs.
