The Minnesota State University Moorhead wrestling program has announced that its 2013 summer youth camps, which are set for July 8-10, are now open to all athletes in grades kindergarten through 12th grade.
The camp is a commuter camp with check-in being from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. on July 8. Cost is $80 and includes lunch all three days and a T-shirt.
Wrestlers be separated by age group and experience levels.
They will learn basic and advanced techniques, including takedowns, pins, near falls, escapes, reversals, riding and counter offense.
Campers will be placed in situations and will wrestle live at the end of each session.
Each wrestler is asked to bring a water bottle, T-shirt, shorts, headgear and running shoes.
