The Waubun Bombers improved to 9-1 overall with a 57-31 victory over Norman County West at home in Pine to Prairie Conference South boys basketball Tuesday night.
Dayton Makey led all scorers with 15 points.
Cole Thompson and Darius Woods-Steichen hit double figures with 12 and 11 points, respectively.
The Bomber defense held Norman County West to 15 first half points and Waubun built a 20-point advantage by halftime 35-15.
Waubun has won five straight games since their only loss at Park Christian Dec. 8.
The Bombers trail only Falcons (10-2, 6-0) in the conference standings by one game with a Pine to Prairie South record of 5-1.
The two teams match up in Waubun Thursday, Jan. 15.
Park Christian defeated Ada-Borum in Moorhead 55-31 Monday to win their fourth consecutive game.
