The Detroit Lakes-Frazee-Perham-New York Mills high school girls bowling team qualified for the state bowling tournament at Park Grove Bowl in St. Paul Park Saturday, March 7.
The girls captured the conference tournament championship bowling 8 games to determine seeding defeating the Fergus Falls Maroon in a two-game total pins semifinal match with a score of 383-341 and followed up by winning a two-game final match defeating Sartell Area Schools 354-325.
