The Waubun Bombers improved to 2-0 with a 79-43 victory at home over Sacred Heart Monday night in non-conference boys’ basketball action.
Dayton Makey led the Bombers with 16 points. Cole Thompson added a dozen.
The Bombers led big at the half up 25 points 41-16.
Waubun struggled at the free throw line making only nine of 22.
Sacred Heart’s Devin Evavold led all scorers with 20 points and was the only Eagle in double figures.

Waubun hits the road for two more games this week at Mahnomen (0-0) Thursday and at Rothsay (0-2) on Saturday.
