Senior Trent Rosing surpassed 150 yards rushing and scored twice to lead the Lake Park-Audubon Raiders to their first win of the season 24-0 over the Gators in Badger Friday.
The Raiders gained 440 total yards in a successful offensive effort and held Badger/Greenbush-Middle River to 208 total yards, 89 on the ground.
Rosing scored his first touchdown in the final minute of the first quarter on a 10-yard run for a 6-0 lead.
LP-A struggled on two extra point kicks and two point after runs leaving six points off the scoreboard.
The Raiders defense, however, made the extra points meaningless by holding the Gators scoreless.

The shutout was the second consecutive blanking of the Gators by LP-A. The Raiders knocked BGMR out of the first round of the playoffs last year with a 16-0 win in Lake Park. In the last three meetings between the schools, LP-A is 3-0 outscoring the Gators 74-6.
Resse Mattson hit Mitch Hall from 25-yards away for the only score of the second quarter. LP-A led 12-0 at the break.
The teams battled through a scoring stalemate in the third quarter. Rosing put LP-A up 18-0 with a five-yard scoring run at 9:44 of the fourth and LP-A added insurance points with 2:18 to play on a six-yard touchdown run by Jack Osborne for the 24-0 final.
Mattson was 8-15 passing for 156 yards, a TD and one INT.
Hall had four catches for 76 yards and a TD. Lane Ulmer caught three balls for 63 yards.
Rosing finished with 151 yards on 30 carries, a rushing average of five yards per rush and two scores.
David Brown led on defense making 6.5 tackles, five solo and one for a loss.
The Raiders (1-3) travel to Pillager to play the 3-1 Huskies Friday, Sept. 18. After opening the year in a 53-0 loss at Mahnomen, Pillager has won three straight over Bagley and Blackduck at home and on the road at New York Mills.
