Familiar faces fill Mid-Am quarters field
Both Pine to Palm Mid-Am finalists from last year advanced to the quarterfinals in a field that had only one upset in eight matches.

Defending champion Perry Piatz was off the course early after an 8&7 victory over No. 16 Frank Campbell.
No. 3 Darren Healey and No. 5 Jason Justesen both picked up victories to return last year’s full semifinal field to this year’s quarters. Healey dispatched No. 14 Todd Wawers 2&1; Justesen took out No. 12 Brian Mahoney 1-up in extra holes.
