Three members of the Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) women's golf team earned All-Horizon League honors as announced by the league office on Friday, April 30.

Shelby Busker of Detroit Lakes was voted the league's Freshman of the Year and second team all-league while Amelie Svejda was voted to the first team by the league's coaches. In addition, Kara Blair was voted second team all-league by the league's coaches. The trio helped IUPUI to a runner-up finish at the recent Horizon League Championships in West Lafayette, Ind.

Busker was voted Freshman of the Year after a stellar rookie campaign saw her finish with a 76.3 scoring average and three top-10 finishes. She capped the year by tying for fourth at the Horizon League Championships, earning All-Tournament Team honors.

Her three-day, 9-over 225 (75-73-77) was her season-best 54-hole score. Busker also collected top-10 finishes at NKU's The Julie and the Lady Jaguar Invitational.
