The 2021 Heart O’ Lakes All-Conference Team, individual award winners, and honorable Mention players were announced in a press release Tuesday, June 15.
The Perham Yellowjackets finished conference play with a perfect 12-0 record. The Jackets reached the Section 8AA championship game, but were denied a state tournament berth by Wadena-Deer Creek 3-2 in extra innings.
Perham had a league-high four all-conference players, four earning honorable mentions, plus the two individual award winners, Finn Diggins the Most Outstanding Pitcher and Most Valuable Player Chaz Melvin.
Breckenridge and Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton tied for second place in the HOL with matching records of 8-4.
