Detroit Lakes junior Miranda Olson claimed a pair of events for the Laker girls' swimming and diving team in its 170-129 loss to visiting Perham inside the BTD Aquatics Center Thursday.
Olson was victorious in each of the 200 individual medley with a time of 2:23.89 and the 100 freestyle with a sub-minute time of 58.40. She is qualified for all four of her events in the Section 8-1A meet.
Sophomore Maddy Schiller also made an impact for the Lakers with two first-place finishes, as she won each to the 50 freestyle (26.52) and 100 backstroke (1:09.90).
Grace Livermore was second in the backstroke, while freshman Kyley Foster and sophomore Hannah Brady swept the top two spots in diving.
Foster kept climbing the ladder with a season-best 216.65.

The Lakers will host Moorhead Tuesday, starting at 6 p.m.
