Plenty of swimmers and divers saw the pool for the Detroit Lakes boys' swimming and diving team Tuesday, as the Lakers cruised past visiting Morris Area 144-35 inside the BTD Aquatics Center.
The Lakers won every event and in nine races, swept the top two spots.
All the relay teams were victorious, while senior Jon Melgaard won the diving event with a lofty score of 283.90, followed by senior Justin George with a 204.5.
Brandon Olson won the 200 freestyle (1:56.25) and the 100 freestyle (51.68), while junior teammate Quillan Oak racked up first-place finishes in the 50 freestyle (23.40) and 100 backstroke (56.10).
Junior Travis King also won two individual events by taking the 200 individual medley with a 2:20.47 mark and the 100 butterfly with a 1:04.15.

Other Laker winners included sophomore Carter Krengel in the 500 freestyle (5:44.12) and junior Cody Johnson in the 100 breaststroke (1:15.72).
The Lakers will be in action Friday for the Bemidji Invite, starting at 5 p.m.
