Boys golf: Schons commits to the University of Jamestown

DETROIT LAKES – Senior Logan Schons inked his college commitment on Wednesday afternoon at Detroit Lakes High School.

Schons is headed to the University of Jamestown to join the men’s golf team in 2023. He’s one of the Lakers’ top returners for the 2023 spring season. He was accompanied by family, along with Assistant Boys Golf Coach Jay Peterson, Activities Director Rob Nielsen, Middle School Boys Coach Keith Eckhoff and Varsity Boys Coach Vern Schnathorst on Wednesday.
