MOORHEAD – The Detroit Lakes boys swimming and diving team had four first-place finishes on Tuesday night in a 90-66 loss to Moorhead.

The Lakers 400-yard freestyle relay team of John Gulon, Ryan Erickson, Zane Roberts and Micah barberg took first place with a time of 3:51.56. Gulon, Luther Van Offelen, Zariah Wouters and Brian Morrison also took first in the 200-yard freestyle relay at 1:58.15.

Gulon took him to his third first-place finish of the night in the 100-yard backstroke. He beat out three Spuds with a time of 1:02.44. Roberts also took first in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:18.22.

The Lakers are back in action on Feb. 3 at the University of Minnesota-Morris.
