The Lake Park-Audubon boys' basketball team is enjoying a better view than normal in the Heart O'Lakes Conference.
After playing to a 5-3 HOL record and 8-5 overall, the Raiders are currently fourth and on the top half of the conference.
The Raiders are coming off a three-game winning streak, including a huge 52-46 win over Perham Friday.
"We are starting to play together as a team," said LP-A head coach Lucas Isaacson. "They are starting to gel quite a bit and rebounding better for some second chances."
LP-A downed Perham behind the scoring of guard Jesse Wixo, Mitch Knudsvig and Bobby Lalonde.

The three-headed backcourt netted 43 of the team's 52 points, including 19 for Wixo, 13 for Knudsvig and 11 for Lalonde.
"Bobby and Jesse have been our catalyst and Jesse is creating a lot of offense for us," Isaacson said.
The Raider's win over Perham was sandwiched by victories over Ulen-Hitterdal 62-44 and Rothsay 67-28.
The transition game, along with solid rebounding, has propelled the Raiders to the top half of the conference, a place they have not seen in quite some time.
Isaacson is also able to run a lot of players in with solid depth, which includes 10 seniors.
"Some games I'm able to run seven to eight players in some games or 10-11 in others," the LP-A coach said.
In the rout over Rothsay, Wixo had 20 points, while Evan Danielson added 10.
Lalonde led the way over the U-H Spartans with 17 points, with Wixo contributing 16 and Brian Gordon 11.

LP-A will travel to Hawley (6-4) Thursday for a 7:30 p.m. start.
