FERGUS FALLS - The Detroit Lakes swimming and diving team defeated Fergus Falls and finished second behind Moorhead at the Fergus Falls Triangular Thursday night.
The Lakers won the first and last relay and three other individual events.
Both relays were made up of the same four swimmers: Grace and Clara Livermore, Syd Gulon and Ella Henderson.
Disse and Yliniemi placed first and third in diving.
Henderson won the 100-freestyle and Grace Livermore was first in the 100-backstroke.

Henderson, a freshman, has become a huge contributor this season, according to head coach Carol McCarthy.
Other team members including Jocelyn Skoda, McKenna Krengel, Anna Schumacher, Abbi Smith, Addi Young, Josie Retz, Maddie Henderson and Elena Gilbert have made outstanding contributions this year as a core group of swimmers.
The diving squad, led by Emma Disse, has also been instrumental in the success of the team with their solid diving and top place finishes.
Lexi Ylineimi, Thia Olds, Jackson Hegg and Kennedy Hegg are proving to be some of the best in their event in the section.
