Frazee split a conference doubleheader with Barnesville and were swept by Hawley, both at home, last week.
Barnesville opened with a back-and-forth 9-7 victory Tuesday, May 8.
The Trojans scored first in the top of the second inning but the Hornets answered in the home half on a single by Abby Wothe and a run from courtesy runner Lori Glander on a wild pitch.
Barnesville added two runs in the third and five in the fourth before Wothe was replaced in the circle by Clara Scolley.
Scolley was able to keep the Trojan hitters in check scattering four hits and allowing one run over the next three innings.

The Hornets fought back scoring five runs in the fifth on back-to-back doubles by Brenna Mahoney and Grace Hilde. Carly Mahoney reached on an error along with Annie Bachmann. Aina Olson brought both runners home on a sharp single to the outfield.
Trailing 9-6 in the bottom of the seventh inning, Annie Bachmann got things started with a walk and stole second base advancing to third on a ground out by Olson and then later scored on a wild pitch for the final Frazee run.
Frazee jumped all over Trojan pitching early in game two scoring four times in the first inning.
Scolley got the start in the circle for the Hornets going 5 1/3 innings scattering four hits, striking out two.
Scolley held the Trojans off the scoreboard until the bottom of the fourth allowing one run and three in the sixth, but the Hornets added three more runs for a 7-4 victory.
Brenna Mahoney was 3-4 with three singles, one RBI, and a stolen base; Dani Piche was 2-3 with two singles, one RB1, and a stolen base.
The Nuggets won game one 4-2 and got the sweep with a 10-2 win Thursday, May 10.
Hawley jumped out to an early 3-0 lead in the opener. The Hornets picked away at the Nugget lead scoring once in the bottom of the third inning and another in the fourth to close within a run.

“We really needed the split in this double header but the Nuggets are a solid team and just left too many runners on base in the first game,” Frazee head coach Matt Bauer said. “It is nice to see the team play some close, tough games, it will just make them better come the playoffs.”
Hawley added an insurance run in their final at-bats. Frazee got the tying runs on base in the bottom of the seventh but stranded both runners.
Wothe went the distance in the circle and pitched a nice game, facing 33 batters, scattering seven hits, allowing one earned run and striking out one.
At the plate the Hornets were led by Cecilia George going 2-3 with two singles and one RBI; and Annie Bachmann was 1-2 with a single and stolen base.
In the night cap the Nuggets took advantage of some miscues on the Hornets end.
Clara Scolley would get the loss for the Hornets going 4 2/3 innings giving up 9 hits, striking out four, and walking five. Alexis Bauer scored both runs for the Hornets off two walks, some good base running and hits by Brenna Mahoney who had both RBI.
Frazee (7-9) picked up a seventh win on the season defeating Lake Park-Audubon 6-1 in the final home game of the regular season Monday, May 14. The Hornets wrap up regular season play Tuesday, May 15 in a Heart O’ Lakes doubleheader at Breckenridge and Thursday, May 17 at Perham.
