DL took games one and two by the scores of 25-20 and 25-22, while the Vikings captured the third, 25-23. But the Lakers finished off the Vikings with a decisive 25-17 victory in game four, with DL pulling away with five straight points to extend a 19-15 advantage to a commanding 22-15 lead. Through the match, the Laker frontline quelled any Viking rally, led by junior middle hitter Lincoln Haiby. During the service series by junior Sophie Wood, the Lakers took advantage of several Viking unforced errors, while winning the long series to up the lead to 22-15 in game four.
