Longtime Detroit Lakes resident Jim Ramstad was honored by his fellow members of the DL Noon Rotary Club at their regular meeting last Thursday, where Mayor Matt Brenk proclaimed Friday, April 1 as Jim Ramstad Day in Detroit Lakes.
