A 67-year-old man was pronounced deceased at the scene of a snowmobile crash, according to a news release from the Kandiyohi County Sheriff's Office.
William John Baumgart, 34, of Perham was driving the pickup truck and was taken to the Perham hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Alcohol was a factor and he was not wearing a seatbelt.
The crash involved a 34-year-old Perham man in a pickup truck and four Waubun residents, including two young children, in a Toyota Sequoia SUV.

Lee Charles Schleper, 50, of Paynesville, was taken to the Perham hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to the State Patrol.
He was northbound in a 2007 Ford Ranger when it left the roadway, went into the right ditch, hit a stop sign, and rolled over.
