Dr. Cindra Kamphoff, performance psychologist and host of the High Performance Mindset podcast, delivered the keynote speech during the second event in the Woman's Edge speakers series, hosted by the Detroit Lakes Regional Chamber of Commerce, at The Venue at Meadows on Lind in rural Detroit Lakes on Sept. 21. Kamphoff's remarks focused on grit, purpose and having a short-term memory for failures, but a long-term memory for successes.
