UPDATE: Rural Becker County man no longer missing

He has been located alive several miles north of Greenbush, Minnesota, and efforts are underway to reunite him with family.

The Becker County Sheriff's Office has canceled a request to have the public help locate James Mulari, 82, of Ogema.

He has been located alive several miles north of Greenbush, Minnesota, and efforts are underway to reunite him with family.

He was being sought Monday as a missing person by law enforcement after last being seen in the Park Rapids area at approximately 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 9.

As of Monday morning, he had not returned to his home in the rural Ogema area., but shortly after 2 p.m. Monday the sheriff's office announced he had been located.

In its update, the Becker County Sheriff's Office thanked everyone for their help in looking for the missing man, and noted that "no other information is available at this time."
